Just reading the rules on css and seen that if a server crash occurs the game is to be played from the round it crashed on with startmoney on 5k. Probably an idea that if it is within the first 3 rounds you wont be starting at same round with 5k startmoney?
If its within the first three rounds you should start from the beginning keeping the teams.
