Looking for a team doesn't matter what nationality, im looking for a team that wont cry when they lose, i want a team whose dedicated, wont fold in two weeks, please be already established not someone who's telling me that "we made it a few days ago but we are good friends" as in the past the team instantly folds a week later, i would hope you guys already have the standard voice comms and a server up and running.

I'm 14 but please don't be put off at least give me a chance to play before judging me over a forum. I'm not squeaky or what you think. I played CSS for like 7 years so im not a moron, i attended i40 as spec and played with a mix at i42 but i don't want to spend over £100+ to not even get out of groups so i dont want to really go unless we are confident enough we will do that.
I can play Sunday - Thursday 5/6-11. I'm a rifler and im not really looking to change as i cant awp too well.
