Just get yourself a good FPS config, and tailor it to what you want. I'm using a reasonably standard set up with a few button changes so 4 gives me HE nade 5 for flash and T for smoke nade.

Change your rates to suit your choke and loss on a server you use regularly and eliminate packet loss. Just trial and error to find what suits you.
