I don't think any teams with any stature will contact you as it will be seen as a waste of time without seeing your previous history/experience.

you are right. I got 2 years of experience in cs 1.6 competitive level, online qualifiers and tournaments, and local tournaments. My biggest achivement was 1st place at an online tournament made by some sponsors from Belgium where we manage to win 5xsteelseries siberias v2 headsets. Its almost imposible to setup a good team with people from my country, no sponors and no big interest to this game here.
